Iranian National Conference on Textile Engineering
Iranian National Conference on Textile Engineering is the most important scientific event for the Iranian universities that present textile engineering program as well as Iranian Textile Industry. The conference was first started in 1992 in Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) and alternates between Iranian universities every two years. Until now, 8 conferences have been realized.
The conference mission is to provide a forum for the exchange of information and knowledge on different fields of Textile Engineering such as nanotechnology, modeling, dyeing, printing and finishing, spinning, weaving, fiber science and technology, as well as clothing engineering. The conference program includes:

The past conferences were held in:

2. Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) on May 1997,
3. Isfahan University of Technology on November 1999,
4. Yazd University on May 2002,
5. Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) on May 2004,
6. Isfahan University of Technology on May 2007,
7. Guilan University on October 2009, and
8. Yazd University on May 2012.
The 9th National Conference on Textile Engineering will be held in May 2014 in Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic).
